Their story
Colman was descended from the sept of the Arads and, according to Usher, was born in 516. He was the first abbot of Muckmore in County Antrim and then the first bishop of Dromore. Jocelin says St. Patrick foretold his virtue, and his legend credits him with many miracles and conversions. He was also called Mocholmoc.
Butler says he died about 610, on 7 June. Baring-Gould places him in the seventh century.
